These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sonke, a business management and trade utility mobile and web application owned and operated by UniHand through unihand.co.uk. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sonke, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sonke helps traders, small businesses, and transport operators record and manage day-to-day business activity. Features may include sales tracking, stock management, expenses, customer credit, invoices, quotations, RFQs, supplier and buyer workflows, transport records, reports, subscriptions, offline storage, and sync where available.
Sonke is a record-keeping and business operations tool. It is not a bank, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, payment institution, insurer, legal adviser, or business consultant.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Sonke for your own business management purposes, subject to these Terms, app store rules, and applicable laws.
You must not:
You own the business records and content you enter into Sonke. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, display, sync, back up, secure, and provide that information as part of the App.
You are responsible for verifying calculations, stock levels, balances, invoices, reports, taxes, payment status, and other records before relying on them. Sonke may help organize information, but you remain responsible for business decisions and legal compliance.
Sonke may store data locally on your device to support offline use. Offline records may sync later when an internet connection is available. Sync depends on connectivity, account status, device state, server availability, permissions, and feature support. You should keep independent backups of critical business records and exported documents.
If you use trade features, you are responsible for the accuracy of requests, quotations, prices, quantities, delivery terms, payment terms, contact details, ratings, and business commitments. Sonke does not guarantee that a buyer, supplier, quotation, invoice, payment, delivery, or business opportunity is genuine, complete, paid, delivered, or suitable for your needs.
Some features may require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, or payment. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial terms, taxes, and cancellation rules may be shown in the App, Google Play, the App Store, or payment provider checkout screens.
Sonke may integrate third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, databases, payments, analytics, notifications, maps or location-related features, file storage, crash reporting, and app distribution. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, support, or new features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, that every feature will remain available, or that the App will work on every device or operating system version.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Sonke, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Sonke, including the App, brand, design, software, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by UniHand or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You do not receive ownership rights in the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to Sonke if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay required fees, used the App unlawfully, or abused support, payment, or security systems.
Sonke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, lost opportunities, failed payments, failed sync, incorrect records, or reliance on App outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date below and publish the revised Terms. Your continued use of Sonke after the revised Terms are published means you accept them.
For support or questions about these Terms, use the support section inside Sonke or contact us through unihand.co.uk.
